One-Year Limited Warranty
At keote, we stand behind the quality of our products. We warrant that your keote will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects including:
- Broken snap buttons, detached or broken key rings, or faulty clasps due to a manufacturing defect
- Rips, tears, or unraveling in the stitching of the bag
- Cracking, peeling, or splitting of leather due to material flaws (not normal wear)
- Issues with bag construction that affect functionality
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (stretched seams that are still intact, loose threads that can be trimmed)
- Accidental damage such as cuts, tears, burns, or stains
- Damage from improper care, harsh chemicals, or excessive water exposure
- Any alterations or repairs made by anyone other than keote
- Lost or stolen items
If you believe your keote has a manufacturing defect covered under warranty:
- Email us at contact@shopkeote.com with your order number, date of purchase, description of the issue, and clear photos and/or videos showing the defect
- Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days
- If approved, we'll send you a replacement keote at no charge (you will not need to return the defective item unless requested)
- Approved warranty replacements typically ship within 3-5 business days
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all warranty claims
- This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser
- The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and lasts for one (1) year
- International customers are responsible for replacement shipping costs
