We’re confident you’ll love your keote, but if for any reason you’d like to return it and you have a U.S. shipping address, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Since we are a small operation, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and a 10% restocking fee will apply.
